FRESH RASPBERRY SAUCE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the cornflour in a 6 cups bowl and mix with some of the cream.
  • Stir in the remaining cream with sugar and half the raspberries.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
  • Fold in the remaining raspberries with the cherry brandy. Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 225 grams fresh raspberries, rinsed      
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour  
  • 150 ml single cream
  • 2 tablespoons castor sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cherry brandy
