Preparation Method :
- Put the cornflour in a 6 cups bowl and mix with some of the cream.
- Stir in the remaining cream with sugar and half the raspberries.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
- Fold in the remaining raspberries with the cherry brandy. Serve warm.

- 225 grams fresh raspberries, rinsed
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 150 ml single cream
- 2 tablespoons castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon cherry brandy
