DUTCH BUTTER BLENDER CREAM WITH VANILLA

2 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the milk into a bowl, add in the butter pieces with vanilla essence. Heat, uncovered on Full for about 2 minutes. Blend it for 1 minute in a blender.
  • Transfer to a dried bowl, cover and chill for about 2 hours. Spoon over puddings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams unsalted butter, pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150 ml full-cream milk
