Preparation Method :
- Put all the ingredients in a 6 cups bowl. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 8 minutes, stirring twice and crush the fruit, until soft.
- Remove from the microwave, keep covered and serve when cold.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
- 250 grams cranberries, thawed if frozen
- 150 ml orange juice
