Preparation Method :
- Place apricots and water in a microwavable bowl or jug, cover and cook on High for 8 - 10 minutes or until apricots are tender. Set aside to cool.
- Place the apricot mixture in a food processor or blender and process to make a puree. Add orange juice and brandy and mix to combine.
- Place apricot puree in a microwavable bowl or jug and heat on High for 4 minutes or until sauce is hot.
- Serve this delicious sauce with Gingerbread Pudding, crepes or over ice cream.

- 75 ml orange juice
- 3 tablespoons brandy
