APPLE SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Put the apples in a 6 cups bowl with the water.
  • Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 minutes or until soft and pulpy, stirring twice. Beat until smooth. Mix in the sugar and butter or margarine. Serve warm or cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams cooking apples, peeled, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
