FLAKY CHOCOLATE QUEENIES

This perfect and mouth-watering flaky chocolate queenies is bunched with appetizing ingredients like chocolate flake bar, cold milk, butter and other tasty flavorings. It is also covered with small pieces of chocolate, appearing on nits top for its decorative and tempting purposes.
Makes :
12 Wedges

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
12 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sift together the flour and cocoa. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugar until soft and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence.
  • Fold in the flour mixture alternately with the milk and chocolate flake, stirring briskly with a fork without beating. Divide between 10 paper cake cases.
  • Place 5 at a time on the glass turntable, cover loosely with kitchen paper and cook on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack. Cover with chocolate spread. Store in an airtight container.

  • 100 grams self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 50 grams butter or margarine
  • 50 grams light soft brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Crush a small chocolate flake bar
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • Chocolate spread, to decorate
