Preparation Method :

Sift together the flour and cocoa. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugar until soft and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence.
Fold in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, stirring briskly with a fork without beating. Divide between 10 paper cake cases.
Place 5 at a time on the glass turntable, cover loosely with kitchen paper and cook on Full for 2 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack. Cover with chocolate spread. Store in an airtight container.
