BREAKFAST BRAN AND PINEAPPLE CAKE
Breakfast bran and pineapple cake – a perfect recipe for all! This is extremely best for all food cravings because of its accessible ingredients like wheat-bran cereal, skimmed milk, whole meal flour, crushed pineapple and other special flavorings that add taste and aroma.

- Closely line the base and sides of a soufflé dish with clingfilm , allowing it to hang very slightly over the edge.
- Put the cereal, sugar, pineapple and honey into a bowl. Cover and warm on Defrost for 6 minutes.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients, stirring briskly. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.
- Cover loosely with kitchen paper and cook on Defrost for about 20 - 22 minutes, turning the dish 3 times.
- Leave until cooled to just warm, then transfer the cake to a wire rack by holding the clingfilm.
- When completely cold, store in an airtight container.

- 50 grams dark soft brown sugar
- 300 ml skimmed milk
- 150 grams self-raising wholemeal flour
- 150 grams canned crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons thick honey
- 1 egg, beaten
