Preparation Method :
- Pour the milk into a glass bowl. Add the butter or margarine. Heat together on Full for 2 minutes or until the butter has melted and the milk is warm.
- Whisk in the egg. Place the buns in a shallow dish, cut sides up, in a single layer. Spoon over the milk mixture and sprinkle with the sugar.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

- 2 fruited tea buns, halved
- 2 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
