PERFUMED EGG CUSTARD

Preparation Method :

  • Thoroughly beat all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Transfer into a pudding bowl.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 4 - 5 minutes. Eat warm or cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon orange flower water
  • ½ teaspoon cornflour  
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons castor sugar
