Preparation Method :
- Pour the milk into a 6 cups measuring jug and heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Place the flour in a 6 cups bowl and mix with water.
- Break in the eggs, then add the sugar.
- Whisk until smooth, then gradually blend in the hot milk.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, whisking every minute or until the sauce clings to the spatula.
- Mix in the finely grated orange or lemon peel.

- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 4 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons castor sugar
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange or lemon peel
