                    Preparation Method :
- Thoroughly beat all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a small mixing bowl.
- Transfer into a pudding bowl and sprinkle with the nutmeg.
- Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 4 - 5 minutes. Eat warm or cold.

- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon cornflour
- ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 75 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons castor sugar
