FRUIT AND NUT BUTTER CHEESE CAKE
If you love eating sweet and appetizing cakes, then you shouldn’t miss to try fruit and nut butter cheesecake. It firmly loaded with perfect ingredients like biscuit crumbs, corn flour, butter, lemon, raisins and other special flavorings that truly enhance its aroma and taste.

Preparation Method :
- Put the almonds on a plate and toast, uncovered, on Full for 2 - 2½ minutes. Melt the butter, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes.
- Thoroughly butter a dish and cover the base and side with the biscuit crumbs.
- Beat the cheese with all the remaining ingredients and stir in the almonds and melted butter.
- Spread evenly over the biscuit crumbs and cover loosely with kitchen paper. Cook on Defrost for 20 - 30 minutes, turning the dish 4 times.
- Remove from the microwave and leave to cool. Chill for at least 5 hours before cutting.

- 200 grams digestive biscuit crumbs
- 500 grams smooth cottage cheese
- 150 grams castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 50 grams flaked (slivered) almonds
- 75 grams butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Juice of ½ fresh lime or lemon
- 2 tablespoons raisins
