BUTTER CREAM ICING

Butter Cream Icing is wonderfully prepared with its toppings; butter, icing sugar, cold milk and vanilla essence! These ingredients add for its flavorful taste so anyone can really like it to the point that one would be asking for more!
Makes :
250 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the butter until light, then gradually beat in the sugar until light, fluffy and doubled in volume.
  • Mix in the milk and vanilla essence and beat the icing (frosting) until smooth and thick.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams butter, at kitchen temperature
  • 150 grams icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
