THIN GRAVY FOR POULTRY

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Blend the corn flour smoothly with the cold water in a 4 cups bowl or jug. Crumble in the stock cube or mix in the gravy powder.
  • Stir in the stock. Cook, uncovered on Full for 6 minutes, stirring every minute or until the gravy has thickened slightly.
  • Season to taste before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml stock, including pan juices from a roast chicken or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
