SPICY CHICKEN IN CARROT SAUCE

Cooking Time :
9 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the chicken in a 500 ml round dish and sprinkle with the curry powder. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 6 minutes.
  • Mash the carrots finely. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Uncover the chicken and coat with the carrot mixture.
  • Cover as before and cook on Full for 2 - 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon cold milk
  • 250 grams skinned chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon medium curry powder
  • 250 grams carrots, drained
  • 2 pinches ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon cornflour
