SLIMMERS CHICKEN LIVER BRAISE

Slimmer’s chicken liver braise – the best food for all! This recipe is filled with delectable ingredients like corn flour, carrot and other special seasoning. If you want to have this perfect dish, you can easily solve the food cravings of your family.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the oil in a 7 cups casserole dish. Stir in the prepared vegetables and cook, uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Mix the liver into the vegetables and cook, uncovered, on Full for 5minutes, stirring once. Stir in the cornflour, tomatoes and seasoning to taste.
  • Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook, on Full for 5 minutes, turning once.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 red (bell) pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 large celery stalks, diagonally cut into thin slices
  • 500 grams chicken livers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour  
  • 4 large tomatoes, blanched, skinned and coarsely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
