RICH LIVER PATE

Rich Liver Pate won’t look as ordinary as it’s made so special to bring fulfillment to anyone who eats it! So you better try to prepare for this food as it contains a lot of ingredients that include butter, garlic, chicken liver, nutmeg and ground black pepper!

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put 175 grams / 6 oz /  ¾ cup of the butter into a 1.75 litres / 3 pt / 7½ cups dish and melt, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic.
  • Pierce each piece of chicken liver with the tip of a knife and add to the dish. Mix well with the butter. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 8 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Mix in the nutmeg, then season well to taste. In two batches, work to a smooth paste in a blender or food processor.
  • Spread smoothly into a souffle-type dish. Melt the remaining butter, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Pour over the liver to make an airtight seal, then allow to stand until the butter has set. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to five days.

  • 250 grams butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 450 grams chicken livers
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
