- Score the flesh of each drumstick in 2 places. Arrange in a 3 cups dish, fleshy parts towards the edge.
- Sprinkle with the garlic and thyme and salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
- Uncover and surround with the mushrooms. Pour over the port. Cover as above and cook on Full for 3 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
