JAPANESE CHICKEN WITH EGGS

Japanese Chicken with Eggs is a wonderful dish that you can serve with your friends and family! Simply prepare for this dish that can get a nodding approval from them! It can be prepared instantly for about 20 minutes and can be coked for 20 minutes!

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the stock, sherry and teriyaki sauce into a shallow dish. Stir in the sugar. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook,on Full for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir round. Mix in the chicken and pour the eggs over the top.
  • Cook,uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, turning the dish for about 3 times.
  • To serve,spoon the rice into individual bowls and top with the chicken and egg mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml hot chicken or beef stock
  • 3 tablespoons medium-dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soft brown sugar
  • 250 grams cooked chicken, cut into strips
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 150 grams long-grain rice, boiled
