INDIAN CHICKEN WITH YOGHURT

Indian Chicken with Yogurt is simply a delectable dish you can truly be proud of! You can cook this dish for about 20 minutes that basically contains of plain yoghurt, chicken thighs, garam masala and turmeric! No wonder you can truly be proud of this delectable dish ever!

Preparation Method :

  • Place the chicken in a deep dish. Beat all the ingredients together and spoon over the chicken.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Cover with a plate and warm through for 5 minutes. Stir the chicken round.
  • Cover the dish with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook, on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish four times.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the chopped coriander before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams skinned chicken thighs
  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped coriander, to garnish
