DANISH ROAST CHICKEN WITH PARSLEY STUFFING

This Danish roast Chicken with parsley stuffing with Worcestershire sauce is most amazing dish you will want to taste. You well feel the creaminess of the sauce and feel the juiciness of its piece. It is prepare not exceeding in 45 minutes. Try it and you will say it’s the best!

30 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Stand the washed and dried chicken in a dish big enough to hold it comfortably and also to fit the microwave.
  • Make several slits in the uncooked chicken skin and pack with small parsley sprigs. Add the garlic butter in the body cavity.
  • Baste: Melt the butter or margarine for about 20 seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients and spoon over the chicken.
  • Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a carving board, cover with foil and allow to stand for 5 minutes before carving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oven-ready chicken, size as required

For the baste

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black treacle
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato puree (paste)
