CHICKEN IN VINEGAR SAUCE WITH TARRAGON

One of the perfect dishes that suits to you is the chicken in vinegar sauce with tarragon that makes you feel yummy with wonderful dish you want to try. You will love the look, the taste and you will say it is perfect!

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the Roasted Chicken into 6 portions, cover with foil and keep hot on a plate.
  • Sauce: Pour the chicken cooking juices into deep bowl and make up to 1 cup with hot water.
  • Put the butter or margarine in a separate dish and heat, uncovered for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the cornflour, tomato puree, cream and vinegar, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Gradually blend in the hot chicken juices. Cook, uncovered for 5 minutes or until thickened, whisking every minute.
  • Pour over the chicken and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Roast Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour  
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree  
  • 50 ml double cream
  • 50 ml malt vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
