CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

Chicken chow mein can completely change your whole appetite because of its healthy ingredients. With its delicious taste, you will surely find this dish more palatable and irresistible. If you prepare this dish, you and your family will definitely longing for more bites.

Preparation Method :

  • Place the cucumber and chicken in a dish. Mix in all the remaining ingredients.
  • Cover with a large plate and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes. Allow to stand for more than 5 minutes before serving with Chinese noodles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams cold cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
  • 500 grams fresh mixed vegetables for stir-frying
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and cubed  
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons medium-dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled Chinese noodles, to serve
