Preparation Method :
- Put the bean sprouts in a 3 cups round dish. Sprinkle the spring onions over. Arrange the chicken on top.
- Combine the gravy granules or stock powder with the water, then mix in the sherry. Season to taste.
- Spoon over the chicken. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 5 - 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating with jasmine rice or noodles.

- 75 grams fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 250 grams skinned chicken thighs
- 1½ teaspoon gravy granules or stock powder
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 teaspoons medium-dry sherry
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Cooked jasmine rice or Chinese noodles, to serve
