TURKEY AND RICE CASSEROLE WITH STUFFING

Turkey and Rice Casserole with Stuffing is such the best and excellent dish to prepare for your family! It contains a lot of healthy ingredients like long-grain rice, mushroom soup, water, sweet corn, unsalted nuts, turkey and Coleslaw! So what are you still waiting for? This is the perfect dish to serve to your family!

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients except the stuffing in a 8 cups dish.
  • Mix thoroughly. Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook, on Full on for 20 - 25 minutes. Uncover and stir with fork to fluff up the rice.
  • Top with cold stuffing. Cover with a plate cook on Full for 2 minutes. Allow stand for 5 minutes. Fluff up again and eat with coleslaw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
  • 300 ml condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 300 ml boiling water
  • 250 grams sweetcorn
  • 50 grams chopped unsalted nuts
  • 150 grams cooked turkey, diced
  • 50 grams cold stuffing, cubed Coleslaw, to serve
