PORK FILLET AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Thinking about the best dish for your best friend’s birthday? Then, you have to choose the Pork Fillet and Vegetables Casserole which is mainly contained of highly nutritional ingredients. You can prepare this recipe for about one hour and can serve eight persons.

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the oil into a Dutch oven . Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute.
  • Mix in the onion and garlic Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Add the pork. Cover the dish with a plate and cook on Full for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the flour making sure the pieces of meat well coated. Add all remaining ingredients except the salt.
  • Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on for 15 minutes, turning the dish four times. Adjust seasoning with the salt.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 750 grams pork fillet, cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
  • 200 grams canned or thawed frozen mixed peas and carrots
  • 200 grams sweetcorn
  • 300 ml rose wine
  • 150 ml hot water
  • Salt to taste
