HOT LIQUEUR CHOCOLATE

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
2 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the cocoa or carob powder in a large cup or mug.
  • Mix smoothly with ¼ cup of the milk. Whisk in the remaining milk.
  • Heat, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute. Mix in the liqueur to taste and top with cream and chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or carob powder
  • 250 ml cold milk
  • Sugar
