FIGS MARINATED IN LIME TEA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
3 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the tea bag into a cup with the water and sugar. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a serving dish, discard the tea bag. Stir in the cordial and add the fruit.
  • Cover and leave to stand overnight in the refrigerator before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tea bag
  • 150 ml cold water
  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime cordial
  • 6 dried figs, well washed
