BRANDY NOG

Preparation Method :

  • In a separate large bowl, beat together the egg yolk and sugar until thick and creamy.
  • Pour the milk into a jug and heat, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Beat the egg white until stiff.
  • Whisk gently into the beaten yolk, brandy and sugar, then fold in the egg white.
  • Pour into a serving mug and drink when foamy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 tablespoon castor sugar
  • 300 ml milk
