SOUTH AMERICAN CHOPPED MEAT

The South American Chopped Meat recipe is mainly prepared with complete nutritional ingredients such as onions, butter squash, large tomato, minced beef, slat, and Brazilian rice. You can prepare this dish for about one hour and cane serve for eight people.

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the vegetables and mince in a Dutch oven. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 10 minutes, turning the dish for 2 - 3 times. Uncover and mash thoroughly to break up the meat.
  • Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 5 minutes, stirring once. Allow to stand for 5 minutes and season with the salt.
  • The meat will be in its unthickened gravy. Serve with Brazilian rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 onions, finely chopped or grated
  • 250 grams peeled pumpkin, butternut squash or unpeeled courgettes, diced
  • 1 large tomato, blanched, skinned and chopped
  • 500 grams coarsely minced beef
  • Salt to taste
  • Brazilian Rice
