PEANUT BEEF SATAY

Preparation Method :

  • Place oil, onion, garlic and chili in a microwavable casserole dish, cover and cook on High for 4 minutes.
  • Stir in beef, satay sauce, coconut milk and lemon juice, cover and cook for 6 minutes.
  • Add green beans and red pepper, stir, cover and cook on Medium for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams rump steak or silverside, cut into thin strips
  • 250 ml satay stir-fry sauce  
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh red chili
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 250 grams green beans, halved
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
