MINCE WITH OATS

If you are on a diet condition, then you have to be aware about the type of foods you eat. There is the Mince with Oats recipe that is perfect to include in your diet menu. This dish is made of healthy ingredients which offer a high class blend and aroma.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Thoroughly mix in the onion, carrot and flour with the meat in a Dutch oven. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 8 minutes.
  • Break up the meat, add the water and crumble in the stock cube. Stir well to mix. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish four times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt and stir round before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 grams lean minced beef
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 25 grams porridge oats
  • 400 ml hot water
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • Salt to taste
