CORNED BEEF HASH

Cooking Time :
9 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the potatoes in a large serving dish with the water and salt. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 6 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. Beat in the butter or margarine.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Full for 3 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute before Serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams beef, coarsely mashed
  • 250 grams potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon milk or stock
  • ½ teaspoon English made mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
