CHILLI CON CARNE

The Chillicon Carne is composed of highly nutritional ingredients such as tomatoes, cloves, beef, beans, salt, boiled rice, onion, and chilli. With these healthy ingredients, you can easily prepare this dish for about one hour and can serve for eight persons.

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the beef into a Dutch oven.
  • Stir in the onion and garlic. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes. Break up the meat with a fork.
  • Stir in all the remaining ingredients except the salt. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Season with the salt, serve with boiled rice.

  • 500 grams lean minced beef
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 teaspoons chilli seasoning
  • 500 grams chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 350 grams red kidney beans, drained
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled rice, to serve
