BRAZILIAN CHOPPED MEAT WITH EGGS AND OLIVES

There are many recipes that you can prepare for your breakfast. But, if you want something special, then you have to choose the Brazilian Chopped Meat with Eggs and Olives recipe. This is made with perfect combination of healthy ingredients.

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the mince with stock in a Dutch oven. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 5 minutes. Uncover and mash thoroughly to break up the meat.
  • Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 5 minutes, stirring once. Allow to stand for 5 minutes and season with the salt.
  • The meat will be in its unthickened gravy. Stir in 3 hard-boiled egg wedges and 12 stoned green olives. Serve with Brazilian rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 onions, finely chopped or grated
  • 4 tablespoons stock
  • 1 large tomato, blanched, skinned and chopped
  • 500 grams coarsely minced beef
  • Stir in 3 hard-boiled egg wedges and 12 stoned green olives
  • Salt to taste
  • Brazilian Rice
