BEEF GOULASH WITH BOIL POTATOES

The Beef Goulash with Boil Potatoes is one of the best western recipes that you can surely prepare on your lunch or dinner. Many people interested to eat this dish because it offers high class and memorable aroma and taste.

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Mix in the meat, onions, peppers and garlic. Cover with cling (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full 15 for minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times.
  • Uncover and stir in the tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika and caraway seeds. Cover and cook Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times as before.
  • Season with the salt gently mix in the boiling water. Ladle into individual deep plates and top each with the boiled potatoes and Broccoli.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 750 grams stewing steak, cut into small cubes
  • 2 large onions, grated
  • 1 medium green (bell) pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tomatoes, blanched, skinned chopped
  • 50 ml tomato puree  
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 3 whole boiled potatoes
  • Boiled Broccoli
  • Salt to taste
