Hamburger Buns is such a delectable food you can eat at home! If your friends visit you, gladly let them enjoy the taste of Hamburger Buns! It basically contains a lot of ingredients like whole meal flour, margarine, yeast, lukewarm water and salt!

Preparation Method :
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Warm, uncovered, on Defrost for 1 minute. Add the yeast and rub in the fat.
- Mix to a dough with the water. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, elastic and no longer sticky. Return to the cleaned and dried but now lightly greased bowl.
- Cover the bowl with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Warm on Defrost for 1 ½ minutes. Rest in the microwave for 6 minutes.
- Repeat 3 - 4 times until the dough has doubled in size. Quickly re-knead.
- Knead quickly and lightly after the first rising, then divide equally into 12 pieces. Shape into disc.
- Arrange 6 buns round the edge of each of two greased and floured plates. Cover and cook, one plate at a time, on Defrost for 1½ minutes.
- Repeat 3 - 4 times or until the rolls have doubled in size. Sprinkle with white or brown flour. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

- 1 sachet easy-blend dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons butter, margarine or lard
- 300 ml lukewarm water
