CHOCOLATE BRANDY SNAPS

Chocolate Brandy Snaps contains its luscious ingredients that make it quite irresistible! Don’t waste your money over nonsense recipes, prepare for this food where you can devotedly spend your money! In addition, it can make your family happy once they’ve tried it!

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter in a dish and melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes.
  • Add the syrup and sugar and stir in well. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the flour and ginger. Place four spoonfuls of the mixture very well apart directly on to the microwave glass or plastic turntable.
  • Cook on Full for 1½ minutes until the brandy snaps begin to brown .
  • Carefully lift the turntable out of the microwave and allow the biscuits (cookies) to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Lift off each one in turn with the help of a palette knife.
  • Press the joins together with the fingertips and slide up to the bowl end of the spoon. Repeat it with the remaining biscuits.
  • When they are set, remove from the handle and transfer to a wire cooling rack. Repeat until the remaining mixture is used up. Store in an airtight tin.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and brush the uppermost surface with melted dark or white chocolate. Leave to set, then add the cream.
  • Before eating, pipe thick cream into both ends of each brandy snap and eat the same day.

  • 3 tablespoons malted brown flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 150 ml heavy cream, whipped    
  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 grams golden  syrup
  • 3 tablespoons golden granulated sugar
