BAP LOAF

Bap Loaf is fully loaded with its appealing ingredients-margarine, water, cream milk, yeast, salt and bread flour! Because of these tempting ingredients, it’s a likeable food by almost anyone who got the chance to try it! Never hesitate of trying this food for your own contentment!
Makes :
1 Loaf

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Warm, uncovered, on Defrost for 1 minute. Add the yeast and rub in the fat.
  • Mix to a dough with the water and full- cream milk. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, elastic and no longer sticky.
  • Return to the cleaned and dried but now lightly greased bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Warm on Defrost for 1½ minutes. Rest in the microwave for 6 minutes.
  • Repeat 3 - 4 times until the dough has doubled in size. Knead quickly and lightly after the first rising, then shape into a round.
  • Stand on a greased and floured round flat plate. Cover and warm on Defrost for 1 minute.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Repeat 2 - 3 times or until the dough has doubled in size.
  • Sprinkle with white or brown flour. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sachet easy-blend dried yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter, margarine or lard
  • 300 ml half full-cream milk and half water
