Preparation Method :
- Put the veal fillets on pieces of foil large enough to enclose them.
- Mix together the tomatoes, garlic and celery, and spoon over the veal.
- Season with salt and pepper and then wrap the fillets in the foil.
- Cook in a preheated hot oven for about 20 minutes or until the veal is tender.
- Serve immediately with a salad.

- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 celery stalk, finely chopped

- Freshly ground black pepper
