- Trim and remove the gristle from the tenderloins. Brown them in your pressure cooker in very hot oil and butter until they turn golden (5 minutes) Add the lamb fats, onions, carrots, turnips and potatoes. Season.
- Close and cook for 8 minutes, from the pressure cooker hissing.
- Serve very hot.

- 50 grams butter
- 200 grams small onions
- 100 grams lamb fats cut into strips
- 200 grams carrots finely diced
- 200 grams turnips finely diced
