PrintVEAL CURRY
You will definitely love the aroma and taste of the Veal Curry. This dish is made of healthy ingredients such as veal, onion, apples, garni, and garlic. This is very easy to prepare by just forty minutes and can serve for about four persons.

Preparation Method :
- Cut the meat in to around 50 grams pieces.
- Heat the oil in your pressure cooker and brown them for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and brown it slightly for 3 minutes Sprinkle with flour and curry powder. Mix well. Add 1 litre water. Add the two crushed cloves of garlic, the bouquet garni and salt.
- Close and cook for 15 minutes from the pressure cooker start hissing. Remove the meat, skim the fat from the sauce, check the seasoning and strain the sauce through a fine sieve.
- Put the meat back into your pressure cooker, pour the sauce over it, and add the diced apples. Close and cook for another 5 minutes from the pressure cooker start hissing.
- Serve in a warm dish.

- 25 grams flour
- 2 apples
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bouquet of garni
