- Lightly dust the veal chops on both sides with seasoned flour. Heat the butter in a heavy-based sauté or frying pan (skillet) and brown the chops on both sides.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the wine to the pan, cover, and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until the chops are tender.
- Remove the chops and keep warm. Scrape up the brown bits from the bottom of the pan and add the sour cream. Heat the sauce without boiling, taste for seasoning, and pour over the chops.
- Serve on a bed of Buttered Noodles.
