This stir-tried beef with vegetables is cooked with perfect cooking touch. Every meat of beef is tendered with chili, ground almonds, creamed coconut, beef fillet and oyster sauce. With its chili taste and healthy ingredients, the menu appears tastier and delicious.

Preparation Method :
- Heat the sesame oil season the beef fillet with salt and ground pepper, add the beef to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the shallots, garlic, ginger and chilli, cook it for 2 minutes. Add pepper and courgettes, and cook for 1 minute.
- Finally add the ground almonds, cinnamon, oyster sauce and creamed coconut. Stir-fry for 1 minute and serve it hot.

- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 350 grams beef fillet, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 shallots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- A 2.5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 red and 1 green pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
- 3 courgettes, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 50 grams creamed coconut, grated
