SPICY BEEF NOODLE STIR-FRY

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside. Marinate the beef strips in the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and Tabasco for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened, 5 minutes. Add the beef mixture and stir-fry until lightly browned, 10 minutes.
  • Add the bell pepper, snow peas, corn, chilli, and remaining lemon juice. Stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp but tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the scallions and noodles and stir- fry until heated. Serve hot with the cilantro.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams ramen noodles
  • 1 kg lean beef fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 200 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 4 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 5 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 onions, finely sliced
  • 4 red bell pepper (capsicum), seeded and sliced
  • 300 grams snow peas
  • 300 grams frozen corn
  • 4 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 6 scallions (spring onions), sliced
  • Cilantro (coriander) leaves
