MINI MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI
If you like pasta, you can try mini meatballs and spaghetti. It’s easy to prepare. While you cook the pasta you can prepare for the toppings which are the meatballs. You can create your own tasty sauce and pour it on top of your pasta together with the meatballs. Your mini meatballs and spaghetti is now ready.

Preparation Method :
- To make the meatballs, put the mince, onion, basil and breadcrumbs into a small bowl and process using a hand blender.
- Divide and shape the mixture into even bite-sized balls.
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan and try the meatballs, turning frequently, for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Pour over the sauce, cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti in a separate saucepan according to the packet instructions. Drain.
- Serve the spaghetti topped with the meatballs and sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley, if using.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams lean beef mince
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon home-made fresh whole meal breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 50 ml ready-made organic tomato sauce
- 50 grams dried spaghetti, broken into short lengths
- Finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
