BEEF WITH PEANUT SAUCE

This delicacy is best for every family meal. With the taste and thickness of peanut sauce gives a sooth feeling that you can never resist to taste again. The chili flavored of the beef gives exciting feelings that you’ll family ask over and over again.

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the steak thinly. Heat the peanut oil in a wok, add the meat and garlic and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the wok and set aside. Add the cabbage and spring onions and toss over a high heat for 1 minute.
  • Return the meat, add the stock and fish sauce and bring to the boil. Push the food to the side of the wok.
  • Mix the corn flour with cold water until smooth, add to the liquid and stir until it boils and thickens.
  • Stir in the peanut butter. Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 375 grams rump steak
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 400 grams shredded Chinese white cabbage
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 125 ml Beef Stock  
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 teaspoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
