BEEF WITH HORSERADISH AND BASIL

For the preparation process all you have to do is prepare it for only 30 minutes and for the cooking time it will just take 30 minutes of your time also. It is easy, so why not try it out?

Preparation Method :
- Mix the beef in a blender or food processor for a few seconds. Slowly add the egg white, horseradish and basil.
- Mix for a few seconds until they are fully incorporated into the meat.
- Add the shallots and corn flour. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Place all the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the meatballs in a steamer.
- Cover with a tight- fitting lid and steam over the sauce for 10 minutes. Divide the meatballs between 4 warmed serving plates and keep warm.
- Work the tomato sauce in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and garnish decoratively with sprigs of basil.
- Serve hot.

- 750 grams extra-lean minced beef
- 2 egg white
- 4 teaspoons freshly grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoon chopped basil
- 4 shallots, peeled and very finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons corn flour
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Basil sprigs, to garnish

- 750 grams chopped tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoon chopped basil
- 300 ml beef stock
