SAUSAGE HOTPOT
Sausage hotpot has only few ingredients and not a complicated dish to do. It only requires cooking of sausage and adding on tomatoes, carrots and beef stocks. This dish is so good to eat especially when it’s cold and rainy. Sweet corn kernels add distinct taste which you can enjoy thoroughly.

Preparation Method :
- Cook the sausages under a preheated hot grill tor 10 minutes so that the fat is drained off.
- Place in a casserole together with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook in a moderately hot oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams low-fat chipolata sausages
- 2 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 750 grams tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 liter beef stock
- 100 grams sweet corn kernels
